Personal Training
Personal training at SPINELAB is designed for people who are ready to rebuild strength or progress toward higher levels of performance, following assessment or initial care.
These longer one-on-one sessions are commonly introduced during the rebuild or perform stages, where more time is needed to develop spinal strength, movement control, and load tolerance.
Training is guided by movement assessment and clinical reasoning, with an emphasis on:
Spinal stability and control
Strength through full, usable ranges of motion
Postural and movement efficiency
Reducing injury risk and recurring pain
Building confidence with movement and loading
If you’re interested in personal training at SPINELAB, the first step is simply a conversation.
Because your training is guided by Luke as both your chiropractor and coach, it’s built on a deep understanding of your body, your history, and what needs to be addressed. This allows training to be targeted, intentional, and aligned with your care — rather than generic programming.
If you’re unsure whether this is right for you, come have a chat and we can work out the best next step together.

A focused one-on-one session designed to progress corrective and spinal strengthening exercises appropriate to your current stage of care.
This session is ideal during the rebuild or early perform stage, where targeted strength, control, and movement quality are the priority. Sessions may focus on specific areas identified during assessment or previous care, with clear guidance and progression.
Best suited for those who are progressing well and need structured, efficient training.
-
A longer one-on-one session allowing more time for comprehensive corrective exercise, spinal strengthening, and movement-based training.
This option is recommended when more time is needed to rebuild strength, improve movement control, or progress toward higher physical demands. Sessions may include a broader range of exercises, more detailed coaching, and gradual loading appropriate to your goals.
Often advised during the rebuild or perform stage for those returning to sport, training, or more demanding daily activities.
