About Us
-
SPINELAB is a chiropractic and performance clinic helping people move better, recover properly, and build long-term resilience.
We assist our clients who seek more than short-term relief - we care about how your body functions and performs with longevity.
We build strength and rehabilitate by integrating chiropractic treatment, evidence-based rehabilitation to support your day-to-day functionality and functional performance.
Your journey
-
Reduce pain. Improve movement. Calm the nervous system.
We begin by addressing pain, stiffness, and restricted movement. Through precise chiropractic care and hands-on treatment, we work to restore joint motion, reduce irritation, and create the right conditions for healing. -
Strength, stability, and control.
Once symptoms are under control, we focus on rebuilding the foundations. This stage includes targeted mobility work, corrective exercises, and strength-based rehabilitation to support your spine and reduce the risk of recurring issues.
This helps prepare your body for future activity rather than simply managing symptoms. -
Move better. Train smarter. Live stronger.
We help people move beyond rehab by building strength, resilience, and movement capacity for the long term. Guided by your goals, our focus is on longevity and confidence in how your body performs in everyday life and training, so you can keep doing the things you love.
Your journey
-

Restore.
Reduce pain. Improve movement. Calm the nervous system.
This phase focuses on addressing pain, stiffness, and restriction that may be limiting movement or creating ongoing strain. Through detailed assessment and hands-on chiropractic care, we work to improve joint motion, reduce irritation, and support the nervous system’s ability to regulate movement.
Restoring movement is not about chasing symptoms alone, but about creating the right conditions for the body to adapt and recover. This phase helps settle acute issues and prepares the body for further progress.
-

Rebuild.
Strength, stability, and control.
Once movement improves and symptoms begin to settle, the focus shifts to rebuilding strength, stability, and control. Many issues persist or return when the body lacks the capacity to tolerate everyday loads, training demands, or postural stress.
This stage integrates targeted rehabilitation, corrective exercises, and progressive loading strategies to support the spine and surrounding structures. The aim is to improve how the body manages load and reduce the likelihood of recurring problems.
-

Perform.
Move better. Train smarter. Live stronger.
Performance is not limited to sport. For some, it means returning to training; for others, it means moving confidently through daily life without limitation or fear.
This phase focuses on building resilience, efficiency, and movement capacity that supports long-term health. Care is directed toward maintaining progress, refining movement patterns, and supporting the activities that matter most to you — whether that’s sport, work, or everyday life.
